Free Support – Terms of Service

Web Design

Geeky Pug Digital Studio provide the following support for our packages;

  • Standard Web Design – 14 days website support
  • Professional Web Design – 21 days website support
  • Elite Web Design – 30 days website support

Support commences on the day after the final invoice is paid and website is live. If the payment of the final invoice is over 30 days of the date on the invoice then Geeky Pug Digital Studio reserve the right to revoke the support service as stated in our terms and conditions.

Anything outside of these inclusions will be charged at our standard £20 an hour rate.

Inclusions in the support are:

  • Any issues that occur due to edits you have made will be corrected
  • Any issues found that were made by Geeky Pug Digital Studio will be corrected
  • Minor changes to styling of the website
  • Minor design and coding changes will be made, these include but are not limited to; colour changes, link changes, changing of images and text, positional changes
  • General information and advice on managing the website

All support is at the discretion of Geeky Pug Digital Studio. Each request for support will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Geeky Pug Digital Studio reserve the right to amend inclusions in the support and exclude any item from our support service without notice.

Geeky Pug Digital Studio reserve the right to terminate this support service at any time if the service is judged to have been abused. It should be understood that this support is offered as a gesture of goodwill to all clients.

Web Hosting

Geeky Pug Digital Studio provide 24/7 free support for all of our hosting packages. The support is provided through our Support Ticket system which can be accessed directly from the Client Portal.

Inclusions in the support are:

  • Any technical queries regarding registered hosting accounts
  • Any technical queries regarding registered domains
  • Support for any further sales enquiries you may have

Each support ticket or email will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We will do everything we can to provide you with the best support possible.
